like many of you who probably run i find the treadmill soul destroying.....are there any early risers out there who fancy a running partner 3-4 days a week?

Brave soul running in Bangkok. Tried it when i lived there 7 years ago. Was beaten by the polution, broken sidewalks, traffic both on and off the road and the soi dogs.
