I live in Pak Kret,condo complex,quite sure you can find something here,several flats are empty and the rents are low.

Many townhouses and houses in the moobarns off chaeng wattana-pak kret road. lots of the advertising is locally on the houses/townhouses/appartments , poles and shop windows, so you might need to have some-one who can read thai.

Firstly, nontaburi is not part of bangkok, but anyway I stayed in a few different places in Non. There are many apartments, obviously. I had a nice townhouse off Sanambinnam road. I had a room near the river off Piboon songkram road and a nice house off ngam wong wan road. Take a trip one day driving around and looking and asking people. If you can't read or speak Thai take a Thai person or someone who can.

What is your price range ? I am in a condo in Wat Buak Wan near the highway and off of Ngarm Wong warn Road,

What are you looking for how big, and do you need it furnish and hot water / air-con....

I know there is lots where we are but prices are going up we were looking to move but turned out that people were wanting too much..

Now I pay about 3,000 a month plus about 1500 for utliites and management...

try either PSP apartments, they run about 5k for a studio and mejestic spartments about the same price, both right near the main soi in nonthaburi
