Iphone 2g Now Has Native Mms

Featured Replies

They just released an app on cydia: activatemms2g

It works if you put in the settings on that other thread about ais 3g mms you guys had earlier, except I have to reset my apn settings first, then leave mms apn blank. I have to leave all my apn settings for cellular data blank in order to get edge, no idea why, except mmsc and proxy in the mms area.

Now when I open sms I have the camera icon and can make a mms, but I tried to send it to myself and it failed. I will see if I can find out why it is not working quite right.

Many people having the same problem, when we make an mms it gets to about 90% sending then errors. Hopefully this will be figured out soon as we are soooo close to having native mms on the 2G Iphone now.

Guess I'm the only one trying desperately to get mms working? I need to know what to do for AIS Thailand and the Thais seem to be having a great discussion about it with all kinds of answers on the Thai boards... however it is all in Thai.
