Baby Food

Featured Replies

Bit of the usual topics, am finding the choice of baby food poor here any recomendations of where to go? Robinsons/Carrefour/Tesco all seem to have exactly the same rubbish!!

Thanks :o

If you find out let me know...MMMmmmmm farleys rusk and banana milkshakes. top banana!! :o:D:D:D:D

I never found any good baby food, and sadly no farley rusks. I found the best thing to do was make my own. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg and food processors are cheap. Puree whatever you want, feed straight away or freeze in ice-cube tray.

Good luck

I'm sure I've seen rusks here in one of the international supermarkets, must have been Villa or Emporium. I think Villa, they always seem to have a good selection of imported goods.

Havnt seen rusks anywhere in los. What we did was buy a stack of little tupperware type plastic freezer containers and cooked up big batches of mashed potatoe ,pumpkin, veg etc (put it through a sive), freezed it , then reheated in micro or pot of hot water. Also with the rusks being used as a bit of an aid for teething problems we found the silicon teething rings as an excellant alternative.
