German Ex-pat Arrested On Suspicion Of Sexually Assaulting A 14 Year Old Boy.

Pattaya, July 21 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : On Tuesday Afternoon, Police Lieutenant Colonel Prichar from the Region 2 Child and Women’s Protection Division based at Banglamung Police Station arrested a German national on the strength of arrest warrant 688/2552 dated 20th July at a house in the Park Reungreung Village in Central Pattaya. He is accused of sexually assaulting a boy aged 14 on 30th May 2009. The original complaint made by the parents of the victim stated that the suspect, Mr. Gerhard Heiner Gatsche aged 51 had met the 14 year old boy in Soi Sunee Plaza, South Pattaya, which is an area notorious for such activities. The pair then allegedly went to Mr. Gatsche’s house. Mr. Gatsche, who claims to have lived in Pattaya for 20 years, denies all allegations of sexual assault as stated in the arrest warrant. The case will now go to court.
