lannaman Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 I've been trying a cream substitute - TEA POT. It's the nearest I've found here to the genuine stuff, not too sweet. 20 baht a can and very delicious with brownie and ice-cream and with many desserts and fruits.
lukamar Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 I thought this thread was about Clapton, Bruce and Baker. Is it like Devon Cream?
lannaman Posted July 24, 2009 Author Posted July 24, 2009 I thought this thread was about Clapton, Bruce and Baker. Is it like Devon Cream? Lannaman also be Devonman and sorely misses Devonshire Clotted Cream. When in back in Devon does his utmost to boost his colesterol levels by large dollops of the wonderful nector on all desserts. The stuff in the TEA POT cans is liquid of course but has a proper cream taste. Yes I like Cream too and especially Clapton's blues numbers.
lannaman Posted July 29, 2009 Author Posted July 29, 2009 Be warned: There are two sizes of cans labeled TEA POT. The small size is like sweeted condensed milk --- Yuk! Lannaman almost choked on his jelly . Only the larger size has the liquid cream substitute . Tops has only the smaller size. BigC has both.
