they haven´t answer my e-mail sofar....sent an request to them 3 days ago (should go faster now when we have the net)

I'd hazzard a guess to say they are not interested in short term stays in 15,000 baht month apartments. Its actually not what they do - they sell condo/houses and rent for more than 1 year.

Residence Garden is 55,000 per month.

I could not believe it when they told me that.

View Talay..... Over priced and a poor location if you want Pattaya's life..

ALthough thisplae is not fabulous, try Yensabai Condo on Soi Yensabai or also called Soi 17.

Price is about 12,000 I belive and most have phones.

They have a pool, and are close to Chevin Gym AND the Blues Factory,

These seem to be the main agents for view talay, might be one of your only choices if you cant commit more than 3 months, most places need 6 months minimun

43sqm condo , fully furnished , sophon cable , european kitchen, wasching machine, utensils, rice coocker, suki pot, toaster , tv, vcd player, pretty new.

Spent four years there. Between 10 thou and 12 1/2 for a single studio.

But many of the rooms have phone access only through the switchboard, so you'd have to make sure of your own IDD line.

And outside is a small 'Rooms for Rent' agency, worth checking out.

Another 'but' - maintenance is slipping, money not being spent.

Another 'but' - many West Europeans moving out, Russians and Arabs moving in.

Another 'but' - swimming pool may cost extra - separate owner.

Another 'but' - Sunnee Plaza is below the sea-facing apartments, noise until three or four in the morning (I know, everything closes at 1.00 am - ha ha)
