True Visions Cable Network Problems

Featured Replies

I have had no signal via my True Visions cable system since first thing this morning, their service centre said that there is a problem in the Ekkamai Thonglor area and they are working on it, anyone else have no True Visions cable tv in this area, just wondered if they spinning me a line.

Also no service in Sathorn. Refunds in order for the days of no service.

We contacted True and were told it was a fault in the fiber optic cable at Asoke and would "take a long time to fix" and something about difficulties in fixing it because of.......................... "traffic jams!!!!!".

God only knows what traffic jams have to do with that.

I have asked True for a one day refund, as they have not delivered the service I pay for, (which costs me over THB3,000 per month). I suggest others do the same.

Traffic jams are a very good reason. In many areas in the city police will not allow companies like TOT or True to do any repair works during peak traffic times for obvious reasons.

Only the MEA and MWA have the right to block traffic at any time to restore electricity/water service.
