Some friends of mine are advised to try their luck at getting their money back via Consumer Protection Courts. Seems like a last desperate act after their village developer has screwed them. Anyone have an idea of the court's powers, timescales etc.?

According to the news and his radio programme. Dr. Jermsak Pinthong, the ex-senetor had successfully sued the Nok Air for safety check failure at one provincial airport. The court awarded him 50,000 for his risk.

According to him the court principle dictates that other people on the same flight/ithe same case is automatically became a victim and can claim the same compensation right away. It's duty of the court to make inquiry and the defendants has to justify the charge by themselves, the victim don't have to arrange his own file.

Nobody else interested to teach Thai companies that they should start to respect their customers ?

I told them I will post my experience on the internet and that's it. I became their reincarnated grand daddy. :)
