Anybody have any info on this building ? I believe the dodgy "Asset P Management" company have moved out - and UOB are marketing some units, but still at over inflated prices. I know the building has a very low occupancy rate. Are there any bargains to be had (repos, etc ) ?

Thanks in Advance

I think most of the units are now sold, only the ones facing Maptaput are still available. I brought one several years ago and lived there for two years, it may look low occupancy but most units are Thai owned and only used once or twice a year as a holiday home. As for over priced the rental value for a three bed 150m2 unit is now 60k a month and people are paying it! one 2 bed unit is on the market for 8.5 million!!

Its a very well run, quiet place with its own beach and quite unique.
