PM me I will give you the phone number for a guy who built a house for me. He is Thai and does not speak English, so you will need someone to translate. He did a good job at a good price (3 bedroom, with a pool 4M Baht)

Just curious, if the house cost 1.75 mil and land in that area I know is only a few hundred thousand a Rai, why are you asking 4.5 mill to sell.....would think about 2.6 mil is a fairer price. Land + build cost + 30% = selling price

I think you are referring to another poster, ericthai, who mentioned that earlier in the thread.

The ฿ 1750000 is to build the house ONLY as asked and does not include landscaping 945 square metres of land nor does it include all the fixtures and fitting and endless extras like petrol lawn movers at ฿12,500 and submersible pumps at ฿3500 for nicking the water from the Klong right out side my house.

As you know building and living in your own house just is not cheap.
