As you go up the stairs and on the left hand side opposite New York Bar is a bar only opened recently. Had a Pepsi, tried charging me for 2, said I only had one and then she said ok but you had whiskey with it......keep away if they are already trying tricks like that. I dont drink so was sober and pefectly aware of what I had. put 20 Baht down and walked out
