Hi,

I am looking for a new water pump and a water heater near Khun Han (south of Sisaket)

Any ideas where I could find maybe together with a 'good' installation service and if needed after care service

Thanks

Just go to Srisaket city. The town can provide you from the most things you need to build a complete house. Can go to Ubon to.

I'm sure you can find water pump and heater in Khun Han, and the shop that sells it can probably provide you with installation service.

Reliable after care will be more difficult to find - that'll be hit and hope :)

Or just go to Tesco in Kantharalak, there also you can find pump and heater.

Single or multipoint ? i.e. do you want water at one place or perhaps in the sink, shower and another tap etc. ?

I put in a Panasonic 10kw multipoint and rewired the house with all the safety things after great help here and in the building / DIY section of this site. I looked at many systems and my bottom line is that you get what you pay for (mine was overkill at 8k or so) but you also need to think about water pressure. If low pressure, then your heater will not work or stop / start etc. Think about pipe size. a large outlet and smaller inlet will effectively mean low pressure.

Also, think about the weather. In Buriram in winter, you need perhaps 150% to 200% more power than normal for the coldness of the water. Some 2/3kw shower units cannot handle it.

I am biased to makes like Panasonic I know but the stuff just works and keeps working. Here's the Thai site http://www.panasonic.co.th/web/productssol...es/showersystem

English versions exist somewhere.

Krup,

Your best bet is in Kantaluk.

There is alot more suppliers and choices.

As for the installation, let me contact a friend from the Han and see what I can come up with for you>
