Punch Bag

Does anyone know here I can buy a punch bag (sand bag)

on the island? I've looked everywhere but have had no luck.

Have you tried Tesco/Lotus ???? I'm pretty sure i saw them there . Otherwise some sport stores in Chaweng will have them ( ask around if you don't see them ) .

There is a shop in Nathon that sells punch bags.

It's a few doors down from the police station on the

same side. They sell everything from art materials

to trophies. Good luck.

I have also seen them on Lam Din market, there is a martial arts shop (Chaweng), to the right of the monkey temple

I've already bought it from the shop in Nathon, it must have moved.

It's in a side street 50 meters past the police station, like you said with

all the writing materials etc.
