The Mayor stated that the present development had been divided into two parts for study, survey and design. Pattaya City has become ‘a Designated Area for Sustainable Tourism Administration’ (DASTA), which will allow it to apply for extra budgets to develop the city from central government.

At the meeting, further committee members were appointed along with changes to the administration team. As soon as possible the finished report will be heading for the ‘Office of Natural Recourses and Environmental Policy’ for approval.
