I just bought a Websurfer V3 account with www.ksc.net.

How do I apply for an e-mail account. Everything I click on their English webpage leads me in a circle. The customer centre does not respond to queries.

Thanks cdnvic, yes I tried the links for downloading the software but the pages would not open several nights running. I freported it to them by e-mail but no response. So, I figured the downloads would only help configure an e-mail account not actually provide it.

I will try again tonight.

Nope! Still doesn't work. Also, going to there Download Page http://www.ksc.net/Channel.aspx?Channel=10

and clicking on the icon links just refreshes the page. Like I said you end up going in circles. No response from the customer support center. Looks like I picked a bummer.

Can anyone recommend a pay on lin site which will give an e-mail address reliably. I will just have to run down my .ksc account by surfing.
