When GF gets visa to come to the UK do i need travel insurance for her?

will this cover if she has an accident or is sick in the UK or is this not neccesary?

If so where do i get it from?

any ideas on cost?

As your fiancée will have a settlement visa she will be entitled to receive NHS treatment in the UK. As soon as she arrives get her registered with a GP and, volia, no need for travel insurance.
