German Claims He Was Attacked By Pattaya City Security Officer During Road-rage Incident.

Featured Replies

Pattaya, October 6 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : Late on Monday Night, we joined Khun Sanit, a city councilor at Banglamung Hospital after he received word of a semi-conscious foreign man who had been taken to Hospital by his girlfriend. She claimed he had been attacked by a Pattaya City Security Officer known in Thai as “Tresagit”. Khun Jalasee aged 43 explained that she had joined Mr. Peter Murasan aged 63, a former Immigration Officer from Frankfurt in Germany, on a night out in Pattaya. They had travelled on Mr. Murasan’s motorbike from Lompok sub-district in Banglamung and on the way, they came into conflict with a pick-up which led to an apparent road-rage incident. The driver of the truck who was wearing a brown uniform came out from his truck and proceeded to beat the German Man. Witnesses at the scene confirmed they were City Hall Officers and were driving a City Hall Vehicle which featured stickers on the driver and passenger door containing the Pattaya City Hall logo. Mr. Murasan was taken to Banglamung Police Station to make a report of the incident and a search for the officer involved in the case is now on.
