Why would you think that? Besides, it's just an email, sent personally to you, a person who's actually in Thailand; So it's pretty targetted, it hardly even qualifies as plain spam. Who knows where they got your address from.

"Welcome to Email" i'd almost say.

And mighty nice of you to further help them with their marketing by letting all of us know there's a polygraph company in Thailand and included the whole ad. They should give you a free coupon or something.
