do you know which floor?

I presume you are looking for something specifically? As was stated, literally every shopping center in Thailand has a coupon based food court....there are many in the Suk area and nearby. Across from the gas station near Nana, upstairs is one.

basement I believe

They are everywhere:

Emporium 5th floor

Basement Robinson Soi 19

Tesco Onnut BTS station

I presume you go shopping? You'll find food courts using the food coupon system in every shopping center in Thailand.

Let me add Central, Chidlom, upper floor

It isn't Sukhumvit but Ploenchit (BTS Chidlom - very convenient to reach).

They offer a wide range of of Asian and some European food

Tesco Onnut BTS station

Tesco On Nut doesn't use coupons, they use a swipe-card system.

Same with Central Chidlom, so no point of printing your own... :)
