Hi all does anyone know of a good dentist in the Chaiyaphum area,by a good dentist i mean one that might take x rays of my teeth and not just keep pulling them out until he or she finds the bad one.

I am 70kms east of the town,50 kms north of Thepsathit,am willing to travel though.

any replys gratefully received.

I have used 2 dentists in Chaiyaphum, One was behind the Kasikorn Bank, (opposite the Police station). It was very cheap but i don't recall seeing an xray machine. The other was on the road opposite the Siam River Resort, about 3/4 of the way up that road on the left when heading away from the resort. It was a white building with pink signs. Very modern and clean. I'd recommend going there.

Just a quick update, my Thai wife tells me they do dentist work at the hospital in Thepsathit,what they charge and standard of quality i don,t know though.

Hmm...........Thanks for that, have visited Thepsathit Hospital not as a patient. Dentistry would be a bit of a risk I think.

Spent 4 hours on Tuesday looking for a Dentist found plenty but they were all closed except for the one behind Kasikorn bank,but they couldn,t do anything for me until next Thursday,so went to the hospital they checked me teeth found a hole and it,s removal or root canal treatment and a crown aghhhh.

They recommended a dentist near the krung thai bank,went there 7200bht for root canal treatment and a filling but they don,t do crowns but they new someone who could,hence the fact that i have the appointment with the one at the Kasikorn Bank they are cheaper and can do it all,well see. keep you posted.
