Trying to help someone in the UK who has a reference to a lawyer in Chiang Mai, they quoted me:

(JUST BEYOND THE FIRE STATION)

Suspect it might be Wichayanon Road, also spelt Vichayanon Road on some maps, going towards the Ping River beside the US consulate - but I cannot locate the firm or person.

Anybody any clues?

There's a fire station there on the other side of the road from the consulate.

PORN PRATOON sounds like a personal name.

Coming from the river passing the consulate on your left, passing the fire station on your right, passing the soi on the left going into the market area there is then a place on the right called Star Visa or something along those lines offering legal/marriage/visa services etc . . . . come to think of it I think it's a one way road so you'd have to be walking to follow those directions! ;-)
