Featured Replies

Pattaya, November 16 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : In the early hours of Monday Morning, Police based at the Dongtan Police Sub-Station were called into action following reports of an attempted motorbike theft on Jomtien Beach Road which resulted in a female suspect being captured by the bike owner and his friends. The incident occurred as Khun Wisanu aged 25, who works at Tops Supermarket in South Pattaya, was drinking with friends on the beach. He had parked his White and Black Yamaha Fino on the street in front of Soi 8, close to where he was drinking. He soon realized he had left the key in the bike but when he returned, the bike had gone. Witnesses mentioned seeing a woman who was seen sitting on the bike moments earlier. She was caught further up Jomtien Beach by the bike owner and his friends, close to the Grand Jomtien Hotel and at this point the Police were called. Khun Warankana aged 24 claimed she had stolen the bike alone and saw the key was inside the lock of the seat compartment and saw this as an easy opportunity to steal the bike. She was charged with theft and will appear in court later this week.
