Table Model Of Bangkok City

I read somewhere that some government department now has a table model of Bangkok city. Has anyone any info on this model -- which department, where it's located, and are we allowed to go see the table model, etc?

It's supposedly in the Din Daeng city planning office.

Can anyone give us the address of the City Hall in Din Daeng, in both English and Thai script please? And is there anyway to get there by MRT?

for the urban developers there is not much need for such model, it's rather to impress somebody, like tourists and foreigners.
