Scottish Man Caught With Cocaine In Central Pattaya.

Featured Replies

Pattaya, November 24 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : In the early hours of Tuesday Morning, Police Lieutenant Colonel Chalermsuk from Pattaya Police Station, held a press conference to announce the arrest of two individuals in two separate cases involving class 1 drugs.

The first case involved the arrest of a suspected drug dealer, Khun Gittipong aged 38 who was suspected of selling drugs in the Central Pattaya area, just off Pattaya Third Road. He was tracked down by Police to his apartment in the Wooden House apartments where he was caught in possession of 30 Yabba Tablets. At the Police Station he confessed to selling the drugs and was charged accordingly.

The second case involved the arrest of a Scottish National, Mr. Alexander Mitchell aged 27 who was allegedly caught with 0.7g of a white powder, which was later tested and found to be Cocaine. He initially attempted to escape from Police but was easily caught in a road connecting Soi’s 7 and 8 off Pattaya Second Road and taken to the Police Station where he stated the drugs were for personal use only and were purchased from a local dealer for 1,000 Baht. He appeared relaxed during the booking process and even joked with Police as he was led to the cells, possibly not realizing how serious drug possession is taken here in Thailand.

A.The Scottish Lad is a Muppet or B,HE knows how this game is played and if he takes the appropriate action he will be a free man fairly quick.I reckon A.

Doesn't matter what he is, he will be released on bail, or actually probably already is released and waiting for court.

Yet another arrogant young foreigner comes a cropper.

If they were to sling him in chokey, that may deter others.

However, we all know what will happen.
