Pattaya, November 25 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : On Tuesday Evening in front of Banglamung Police Station, Police Colonel Chockchai, the Deputy Chief of Special Investigations for Region 2, held a press conference to announce the arrest of 7 men and 1 woman and the seizure of a variety of narcotics, and papers relating to illegal money lending. Also 8 shot-gun cartridges were found. The group was arrested at the Pattaya Reungreung Village in Soi Neun Plub Wan. They were all urine tested and found to have recently consumed class 1 drugs. The narcotics seized during the operation included 1.19g of Crystal Methamphetamine and 8.529g of Marijuana. The group has been charged with drug and money lending offences and remain behind bars pending a court appearance.
