No one at AIS or Telewiz or Big C or... wherever, seems able to help.

If someone who knows BBs can contact me I'll describe the problem... no sense in me posting it here and then having people reply with suggestions like "is it charged?" and "did you press the ON button".

I'm so frustrated right now that I just need help from someone who actually knows what they are doing technologically with BBs.
