Toyota Fortuner

Featured Replies

Hi, its probably some one on the forum who have Toyota fortuner.

I have ask all the Toyota shops I have seen about the fuel consuption for the 3 liter, 4X4 fortuner but no one have a good answer.

How much do the car consume with mix driving (10 Km) and with high way driving (10km), this is data all the car companys give out on their cars in Europa, but in thailand thei have no clew.

I hope some one can answer me.

Have some one rebuild their car for LPG, how much did it cost and how much do it cost pr Km to use.

Thank

3,0 D4D auto does 9-11 km/litres depending on your driving and speed. aprox 10% more than Vigo with same engine due to full time 4x4 and dual aircons.

its very cheap on fuel compared to other 2+tons suv.

Ours shows an average between 9.9 and 10.1 km/litre for general driving.

Mine (TRD) shows 10.9 after its first 1,500 kilos. 600 of that was a long drive at 100kph.

I have noticed that consumption is much better than this at 80kph but is dramatically worse once you start doing over 110 kph

That sounds not so bad.

I was driving an 3L Ford 4X4, and that was drinking much more.

Have any one tried to run on LPG gas?

I know some people use it when they drive the long runs to Bangkok etc.

I heard some people say it cheep?????

Today's BKK Post auto section at the motor expo show Toyota have put the new 2.5L VN turbo-diesel engine from the Vigo in the Toyota Fortuner.

Priced at 1,014 Mil Baht -. Sounds good to me.
