Pattaya, December 1 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : Just after 5am on Tuesday, Police Lieutenant Colonel Anushaert, based at Dongtan Police Sub-Station on Jomtien Beach, received a complaint from a 20 year old woman who claimed she had just been raped. The woman claimed she was walking along Jomtien Beach when she summoned the assistance of a motorbike taxi driver so she could return to her home in Soi Chayapreuk 2. The motorbike taxi driver was wearing a black jacket with the number 9 on the back. This happened at around 2am and when she jumped on the back of the bike, the driver informed her that he wanted to stop off somewhere on the way so he could use the toilet. When he returned to the bike, the driver produced a knife and forced himself on her and allegedly raped her, before leaving on his bike. A detailed description of the attacker has been given to Police who are confident of making an arrest shortly.
