Want Condo To Rent- Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hi,

I arrive in bkk on 29th Dec and would like to rent a 1 bedroom serviced condo/studio in nana/asoke area for approx 3 1/2 months. I would prefer gym & interent if possible - does anyone know where there is 1 available? please email me with details

Also, I know the Thai government has put a 150 baht levvy on ATM transactions so I'm thinking of bringing travellers cheques, i know there's a 33 baht charge to cash the TC but was wondering if there is any addional charges? i'm finding it hard to believe that it's better to bring TC than using ATM.

Any advice you can give me would br very much appreciated.

The SM Grand at Nana Sukhumvit 4 does shorter term rentals if they have apartments available. The SM Grand is a very nice apartment complex, which has attractively furnished rooms. I don't have a direct contact number for them at present however, here is a link to mrroomfinder which lists the studios at 20,000 baht per month. Generally that's inclusive of electricity, cable and phone services, however, not sure if this has changed recently.

Here's the link:
