They forgot to confirm flight

Tried to blame this on the airline

Changed my flight to another airline without asking me

Changed back to original when I compained

Changed flight to another airline again without asking me, this time less than 24 hours before due to travel

Sad to hear they are doing things like that. They are the oldest and most popular travel agency in Hua Hin.

I have heard they have messed up badly to others too but also there are many who are very pleased with their service. I have only used them once and I was not fully satisfied, although it was not a big problem I wouldn't call it a mess up, but I would not use them again.

I recommend Tuk Tours. Much, much better.
