Best Route To Chaing Rai From Suwanapoom On The 30th Dec

Hi Guys do any of you have any ideas on routes up to Chaing Rai from Suwanapoom travelling on the evening of the 30th Dec. I would like to miss the traffic if possible.

Lets see HW 9 north,HW 32 north, then 11 north (because HW 1 north is <deleted> and under construction) Then HW 1 to CR. Look at a map.
