Pattaya And Surrounding Districts Celebrate National Children’s Day

Featured Replies

Thailand considers Children to be one of the most valuable resources of the nation and on the second Saturday in Januatry, Thailand celebrated National Children’s Day.

Pattaya played host to many events on Saturday in celebration of National Children’s Day. Even though many events were held on Friday, the day itself saw a large number of private and public events around the City. We begin our coverage at Pattaya City Hall which included a display by the Royal Thai Navy where Children were given the opportunity to get behind the controls of tanks and guns.

We also went to Pattaya Park who opened their doors for Children’s Day and entertained thousands of local students who were offered free entrance for this special day. Understandably the Park was packed with children taking advantage of this offer.

We also went to the Sattahip Navy Base who invited local children to come along and spend the day at the base which was clearly enjoyed by everyone who attended.
