Does anyone know if you can buy Lamingtons here in Pattaya?

I would love to buy the staff here some for Tuesday.

I have seen them sometimes at the Starbucks Royal Garden but probably not all the time.

Actually very easy to make yourself. First go to Carrefour and order uncut butter cakes, the ones they sell are cut up into triangles which are not suitable. Collect them the next day cut them into squares and roll them in the coco mixture and then coconut. If you need the recipe send me a message here. Really very yummy!

I am serious - where can you buy the dried coconut? Also Copha? I went to make lamingtons and rum balls a couple of years ago and they were the 2 ingridients that I could not get here. Finally managed to get the dried coconut from a chef at a 5* hotel.
