Two Dead And One Injured In Pick-up Versus Motorbike Crash East Of Pattaya

In the early hours of Friday Morning, Police and Rescue Workers were called to the road next to the Maprachan Reservoir to deal with a fatal road accident. The accident is thought to have involved at least two vehicles, one of which did not remain at the scene following the crash. Pieces of a Ford Ranger pick-up were found at the scene close to a mangled motorbike. Three men were thought to have been on the bike at the time of the crash, one man, Khun Wattana aged 21 died at the scene and Khun Ootin aged 31 was pronounced dead at Hospital. A third man, Khun Natawat aged 17 sustained relatively minor injuries but was not able to recall the accident. The owner of the Ford Ranger is now being sought by Police as the cause of the accident remains a mystery.
