Residents Of Local Condominium Fight For Their Right Of Ownership

Recommended Posts

We have been contacted by residents at the Spanish Place Condominium located on the Sukumvit Road in Central Pattaya who claim that condominiums purchased under their names have yet to be officially transferred over to them by the developers of the condominium despite the completion of payments relating to the purchases. They are in the process of complaining to the Consumer Protection Board in Bangkok who tell us that paperwork relating to the complaint has not been fully completed but the case papers are expected to be completed this coming Monday when the case will be heard by them.

I see nothing wrong if:

The building is completed...

If condominium, has an elected committee with a good track record of maintaining the property and the service charges are reasonable.

As said before there is nothing wrong buying property if done properly.

Only pay at Land Office and against Chanote in your name, by example.
