2 Dead In Pick-up Versus Motorbike Crash, East Of Pattaya

In the early hours of Wednesday Morning, Police and Rescue Services were called to the front of the Reun Pisar Village located close to the Maprachan Reservoir, on the Eastern outskirts of Pattaya to deal with a fatal road accident. The crash involved a Silver Isuzu D-Max Pick-up driven by Khun Chawalit aged 30 and a Honda Click motorbike driven by Khun Jamnien aged 32 with a second Thai Male riding as passenger. Both men on the motorbike lost their lives during the collision which was explained by the truck driver. Khun Chawalit explained that he was driving home when the motorbike approached his vehicle, at speed, in the same lane. A collision was inevitable according to the truck driver. Police detained Khun Chawalit for further questioning over the double fatality as further checks into the deceased and their condition prior to the crash is being made at this time.
