Visa Run To Trat/chantaburi

Featured Replies

Hi i am planning to make visa run to Chantaburi or Trat, i do not know which one is better ( going there by motorbike, staying now Pattaya) anyone know can i get those borders visa to enter Cambodia and come back quikly i have non o visa

good for 1 year, how to go there??? Thanks

I/m in Pattaya ive only been to Pong Nam Ron (Chantaburi).Went in Feb this year with Five Star Visa runs who operate out of the Sportsman Soi 13 2300 baht inc visa and breakfast/lunch.

They got the Cambo visa on the border............cant tell you how to get there as i wasnt driving obviously.

I do know its a good three and a half hours journey to get there...........i would consider going on the Five Star service rather than biking it, but thats up to you.

tony, thai is right u need the pong nam rorn one, i can do it in about 2 hours plus a little bit pushing it from pattaya.

head chanataburi, then after about the second sign for chanataburi u get signs for si kao, turn left on there and go towards si kow, about 40 km u hit pom nam rorn, keep going aboutanother 10km then its right, 10 km down there you are at the nice border, but dont tell to many ppl otherwise this one will turn out as bad as poi pet, the one in trat is quite nice aswell but about another 100km or more, but they have cheap fags and cheap french wine that is real expensive here, both better than poi pot and nearer...

trat is easy... just grab a minibus from in front of the market and it takes about an hour and a half to hat lek, where you go out and in.
