Hi all, I have btv internet, my iphone 3g says it is connected but it wont load an internet page. safari or yahoo or even weatherbug. I think it might have something to do with the fact btv has to log on every time, like dial up? anyway it connects to wifi in any open wifi locations. Any suggestions, thanks

mine works fine. i downloaded eWiFi free from the ipone store but didnt really need it. make sure you have all the okays in the setup. I have wi-fi on i have the password for my home network saved in it. Is the connection you are trying to get got a lock sign on it, if so you need a password. sorry if you know all this already

my phone shows a valid wifi signal, but when I try to go to a web page it says "server stopped responding" I think it is because btv requires a sign on before it can be accessed? thanks for any suggestions. also do you have a http proxy on off or manual or auto?
