Need To Be At Airport On Saturday

Featured Replies

I need to be at the airport on Saturday, noon time. I come from Ari BTS.

Do you think it will be a problem finding a taxi or get through? What are my options?

* Just leave 1-2 hours earlier than usual?

* BTS to On Nut and taxi from there?

* Stay at a hotel near airport the previous night (where?)

What do you think?

leave much earlier than normal. i hear that some airlines will have early check-ins for those arriving early. check with your airline.

If your that concerned stay at the airport the night before you can get rooms for as little as 700bt a night close by with free drop off at the terminal

Just leave a bit earlier and taking the BTS to On Nut is a good idea. You can get a taxi from there and if that fails there is still the Airport Bus which will go anyway.

just sleep 1 night before you go to the airport you have a room at 790 baht a night 5 minutes from the airport

The reds are at Victory Monument at the moment but they are supposedly moving away very soon. Right at Victory Monument is the expressway, so as soon as you get on that then you are fine and clear. Otherwise, yes take the BTS to Ornut. Thai Airways are now advising passengers to get to the airport earlier than usual, so yes perhaps an hour or two extra for this trip.
