What is the name of that Project that is just on the Patong side of the hill just pas the Chinese Temple. I lost an e-mail as I've an appointment there to look at houses soon. They have a web site etc, Thanks!

I assume you may be talking about Phuket forest hill (which if you put Patong and development into google is the 4th link down !!)...

Construction quality looks OK but the homes are on small land plots and will be very close to each other once completed.. Also the neighbourhood down in that hollow is pretty low end (until the price rises cause it to be fully developed) and the hill road creates a lot of noise for the homes on the rear edge of the development (low gear lorries and busses going up the hill)..

For Patong the values are not bad but I personally would favour other purchases...

Thnks for the response as I've seen this on also. Its a huge dig out on the north side of the road. Spot on for the review as I have already nixed the set up. the one I'm inerested in is on the south side of the road a little closer to the Patong side. You make a direct left into the plot. I lost the business card sut the name is on sign at the entrance. Sice you seem to be in the know wha's up wih the opean area hat is up the big hill in Patong and runs over and down to about Club Babmoo in Nanai road. Head to the mountains from the Patong Hospital and when you get to Nanai look to the right as it is a very steep hill. Thanks.....

I think the development you mention is the one kind of opposite and looking over Macevilly and Collins solicitors ?? One the 'hump' of the hill.. If so its one of those projects that got halfway and ran out of money..

I am told he wants way too much (40 mil ??) and that the houses need to be almost completely redone but cant verify that.. None inside are sold or have tennants...

As to your second part I am not sure where you mean ?? I know Club Bamboo (I live just near it) but thats is a fair way from the hospital.. Not sure where you are trying to describe..
