As you will expect it depends on traffic flow, aircon, fast acceleration from the traffic signals, the route you take etc. very roughly assume 3 Baht per Km. Maybe a bit less if filling up with B5 - bio diesel.

I drive a 2008 Toyota Hilux 4x4. I drive from Chiang Mai to Surin about 5 times a year. 920 KM each way, 9.5 km per Lt at 28.14 B5 CM cheap Charlie price is 2730 baht each way. You can take NCA bus one way for 893 baht. Go figure...
