Already more than two weeks I had a really slow connection. I waited for google for minutes etc. So I called TOT.

The office here in CR told me that for two days I have a bad connection, try again later. I could not believe that so I called the service centre yesterday.

In between I had some modification on my modem and I saw that I had a 1023 downstream, who complains about 1 kbps. But... I pay for 4.096!

Today all day they worked on my line and now I have what I pay for and also have my speed.

My advise: Check your modem on speed delivered.
