The only one I found mis-diagnosed a serious deep internal bacterial infection as a rash from external sources. I suggest Bangkok.

Agree with that... I have had several moles removed that were pre-cancerous and several more that are on the watch list. I haven't found a decent dermatology specialist in Hua Hin so I went to Bangkok.
