^I'm guessing that Endure is a teacher and has made reference to Tacitus in lessons discussing rhetoric - but I could be way off the mark. Perhaps, more simply, there's a tacit message in the link between the heading and comment about the desert, which suggests that OTB is devoid of substance? Come on Endure - put us out of our misery...
