I've got a 2007 Camry, 2.0G, find it is quite ok by me. Others will say the 2.0G is underpowered, gets up and goes good enough for me, especially since I rarely get out on the tollway. When I do get on the tollway and punch it, it does get up to 150 quite easily.

I have a 2008 Accord 2.0liter. I like it and am glad I bought it. The power is ok for a 2.0 liter and fuel consumption is good. It uses E20.

I would get which ever one offers an affordable V6. I miss the smoothness and low end torque of the V6 design. I believe most V6s have more than 2.5 liters and are therefore taxed to make them ridiculously expensive, but I have seen a few V6s around lately (Teana I think) so maybe they have one < 2.5 ltr. To hel_l with the extra fuel usage, many of us drive only a little here anyway.

I actually plan more driving,...I currently drive a Corolla Altis , most of my driving being in town or around. I will need to drive more out of town, and I am considering a more comfortable car

Tena has V6 version, fuel consumption is not higer than a 2 liter four banger, because you don't need to floor your pedal anytime when you start moving from a traffic light or U turn. V6 drives much smoother and has more torque. Had a couple cefiros, all V6 models, never had any serious problems with them and fuel consumpion was not higher than a camry. V6 Tena Would be my only choice if i would spend that kind of money.

Camry Hybrid for it looks and hybrid

Accord 2,4 for its handling, steering, brakes, power, auto/paddleshift and frontseats

Teana for its 2,5 V6 and body size

just my sip satang, have only owned 2007 Camry 2,4 and 2008 Accord 2,4

Newish second hand accord 3.0 (220 hp) goes for 800K - 1 million baht (new price was 1.6 million). That would be my choice for second hand, over a new car.

for looks Accord

for resale camry

for driving tena

:)

I liked the look of the Accord, with the body kits on however, I have just been looking at the new Lancer 2.0GT, and it is a nice car, very spacious in the rear, and looks meaty price is okay just over 1 million.
