Hi everyone, do you know any good condominiums or apartment in Sukumvit or Asoke area that are not expensive. I am looking for one with two bedrooms. please let me know if you know any. THank you.

There is a great place on Sukhumvit Soi 3 called Mahajak Apartment. Inexpensive for the area and great staff, nice service etc. Ask for Angkana (building manager) in the reception. (It is opposite the soi leading to Bumrungrad Hospital).

Best thing is to walk from building to building, ask for the office.

There is usually a manager in daytime on duty, who can show available apmts, if any, and indicate conditions.

One comes to my mind, walk down Sukh Soi 23, past the drugstore next to Cowboy about another 50 m on the left side, lowrise-building. Understand quite pleasant and reasonable. Hope to be a bit of help, 'not expensive' is a wide range.
