If you have no luck with suppliers, you can check with the art departments of production (tv and film) houses. You can (especially right now...) get the work team to come in and do something similar, if not better (on their off hours). It's a bit of a step as you'd have to gain access to the art department's team, but if all else fails, that's one suggestion.

Sometimes the big production houses (GTH, Phenomena, etc.) will have sales of their set furniture, etc. as well, but it's not generally for the public.

Just an alternative idea.

I am quite sure the Boontavon and other building supply stores in Bangkok have similar items. I recall a rather large collection of both stone and brick in the Ratchada location (next to Chaophya Park Hotel) but this was several years ago so can not guarantee what is there today.
