Looking For A 2nd Hand Cbr 150

Featured Replies

Does anyone know about a second-hand CBR 150cc available for purchase in BKK and around?!

...and if you guys could tell me a little about the required documentation to own a bike in Thailand and how the registrarion process works, would be of much help.

Thank you! :)

Main Honda dealer in Rayong has 4. From 5000km to 15000km on the clocks. All look very clean and tidy.

Saw Monday when I had my bikes oil changed.

If you buy thru a dealer you need passport and work permit..the dealer will take care everything after that

PM me if you want more details.

You do not need a work Permit, Just Passport Copies showing current Visa and letter of Residence issued by Immigration

Hi 'visions', thanks a lot for the previous info.

Good to know that they sell 2nd hand ones at Honda Dealers. I'll be looking in Bkk first.

Do you know how much are they asking for the bikes in Rayong?

..and also if it's possible to spread the payment over more than 2 or 3 times when buying a bike here.

thank you guys again

There's one in Classifieds for 28k

Looks good, nice price.

Nice price for 2007 if it's in good condition.

Shop on Ratchaprarop have about 5 or 6 out front. about 20 metres past the turn on to Soi Rang Nam.

Friend bought one there for 41k, haggled from 45.

@ 'thomo'

thanks a lot for the info man.

I'll try checking it out as soon as I have time.

1- Do you know any other detail about the bikes in that shop? [or your friend's one]

like the year of production, condition and Km on the clock?

2-Is it a Honda authorized dealer or another bike shop?

Thank you again.

No worries.

No info on the bikes, as I only drive past every day.

It's just another bike shop. Should easily get about 10% off the inflated price they begin with.

Mate's bike is 3 years old I think. Hasn't had any problems in over a year. Does take care of it though with oil changes, carb cleans and new air filters (about 300b for all at his closest Honda dealer.)

Thanks everyone for the posts and the help.

I just got my CBR 150 yesterday from a shop in Charan Sanitwong soi 27.

Payed 33.000 Bht, the condition is good and the price as well ;]

Still gotta change the documents to my name tho.. on process.

If you guys know of someone who wants to buy one, along Charan Sanitwong from soi 21 to 29 there are 4 or 5 shops with bunches of them for sale!

Good prices, many to choose.

Peace.

Good price. What year did ya get?

I'd recommend the Honda dealer in Saphan Kwai (under the BTS) for a new air filter, spark plug, and carb clean. Cost will be about 300b.

It gave mine about a 10% gain in performance.

The Honda CBR150R replacement will be available at the end of September. You can expect that the secondhand price of a CBR150 will go down...

OR considering this is Thailand they might well go UP :D
