Definitely Thai nationals can get visa on arrival entering Laos, also the others I am 99% sure.

Holding UK-passport, you need to apply for visa from

Vietnam-embassy.

Holding Thai p/port: no visa required for VietNam, 30 days stay for tourist

Both Thai and UK-passport:

Cambodia and Laos can obtain visa upon arrival. Have to fill in form and don't forget to take picture(s) along.

Myanmar both need visa from embassy/consulate or electronic isa for tourist.

Hope this helps. I would try to get Vietnam and Myanmar-visa in UK, but you as well can apply while in BKK, but calculate a few days, 1-2 days for each embassy.

How much is the Vietnamese visa (30 days) in Bangkok (Canadian)? I was quoted 80 CAD from the V. consulate her in Canada. Is that the going rate?
